Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Field Representative to promote the Comfort Home Metro NY program across NYC, Westchester, and Long Island, recruiting participating contractors and guiding customers through the enrollment process. You will schedule site visits, attend community events, and translate outreach content as needed while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with program staff.

This on-site role requires travel within the territory and a driver’s license; bachelor's degree preferred

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is considered an asset.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, record-keeping, and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; encourage participation and overcome barriers.
• Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.
• Provide input and status updates to program staff.
• Recruit new Participating Contractors to participate via outreach events.
• Coordinate translation services for outreach targeting non-native-English-speaking communities.
• Lead regular meetings with customers, contractors, and organizations to promote program goals.
• Provide feedback from interactions to improve the program.
• Attend contractor events and webinars to engage Participating Contractors.
• Schedule promotional events and document interactions to adhere to requirements.
• Maintain contractor outreach and community event attendance schedule.
• Travel within a defined territory with limited geographic coverage.
