Location: Any US Dot Foods Distribution Center

Department: Maintenance

Reports To: Process Safety Manager

Salary Range: $56,466 to $84,700 annually, plus bonus opportunity

Job Summary

As a Contractor Safety Coordinator, you will gather and evaluate all safety-related documents and verify insurance compliance with Dot Foods requirements for all contractors across all locations.

What You'll Do

1. Establish and manage Dot Foods, Inc. internal Contractor Safety Program at all locations.
2. Monitor and analyze TRIR, DART, COI, OSHA 300 Logs, and EMR.
3. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA safety programs.
4. Develop and maintain safety documentation and records.
5. Conduct onsite contractor evaluations as required.
6. Provide safety training and support to contractors.
7. Collaborate internally to promote a safety culture.
8. Apply Lean principles to eliminate waste in all areas of the role.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Occupational Safety degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of TRIR, DART, COI, OSHA 300 Logs, and EMR.
• Understanding of OSHA and EPA safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and organization.
• Attention to detail.

Role Specifics
