Position: SAP BASIS & Security Support Consultant
Location: Remote (with some overlap with Singapore timezone)
Employment Type: Contract Full-Time / Part-Time
Project Type: SAP Support & Maintenance

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS & Security Support Consultant to join our global support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and security support of SAP landscapes including user management, role design, and performance tuning. This is a remote role with flexible working hours, requiring availability during core business overlap with Singapore time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide BASIS administration and support across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI, etc.)
  
• Perform system monitoring, tuning, and performance optimization
  
• Manage transports, client copies, backups, and system refreshes
  
• Implement and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations
  
• Conduct user administration, access reviews, and security audits
  
• Support incident resolution and provide root cause analysis
  
• Work collaboratively with functional and technical teams
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration
  
• Strong experience in SAP security concepts, user/role management, and GRC (preferred)
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA platforms
  
• Knowledge of OS and DB (Linux/Windows, HANA/Oracle) operations
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  
• Strong communication skills and a proactive support mindset
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in cloud-hosted SAP systems (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  
• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager
  
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit procedures
