Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead government-focused projects from Columbia, MD. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project status, tasks, risks, and coordination, ensuring on-time delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires extensive PM experience, knowledge of lifecycle processes, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules in a federal environment. A strong security posture and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or Business.
• Ten (10) years of experience in program management.
• Ten (10) years in developing innovative complex IT solutions.
• Five (5) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management.
• Experience overseeing a staff of diverse disciplines.
• Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle.
• Experience managing schedules, resources, and funds.

Job Description

The Contractor (CPM) shall act as the single focal point within the Contractor’s areas of activity for all required project status information, tasking, risk management, coordination. scheduling and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business
  • Ten {10) years of experience in program management.
  • Ten {10) years in developing innovative complex, information technology solutions.
  • Five (5) years of specialized experience in Federal Government enterprise system management
  • Experience overseeing a staff of diverse disciplines.
  • Experience in complete engineering project development life cycle
  • Experience and expertise in the managing of schedules, resources. and control of funds.
• Desired Experience:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business
  • Professional Project Management certification (i.e. PMP; PgMP; Certified Project Manager; CPMP)

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
