Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Manager, Contract Support to lead contractor fulfillment, ensure compliance with Spectrum specifications, and safeguard network performance from tap to home. You will direct installations, service and maintenance across the area while overseeing contractor and staff performance to preserve system integrity and deliver a reliable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with relevant certifications in telecommunications.
• Experience with Cat5/Cat6 cabling and network installation in multiple environments.
• Strong leadership and vendor-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor management and performance across the area.
• Oversee technical operations to maintain network integrity and service quality.
• Plan and deploy contractor resources to meet business demands and budgeted scope.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and contractors on standards and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and capital project planning and maintain budgets.
• Develop positive employee relations and frontline leadership.
