Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Contractor Workforce Coordinator in Plano, TX to manage and coordinate its growing contingent contractor workforce. You will maintain records, partner with ASPs, and ensure proper scheduling, training, and compliance across multiple internal teams.

The role requires experience with contractor workforce management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience coordinating contractors or contingent workers.
• Experience working directly with staffing agencies, ASPs, vendors, or contractor service providers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large volume of information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other workforce management or HR systems.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and communicate trends, gaps, and staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and coordination of the contractor workforce.
• Maintain accurate contractor records including attendance, training, certifications, assignments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with ASP/staffing companies regarding contractor needs, availability, schedules, and requirements.
• Forecast contractor usage and communicate upcoming workforce needs to ASP partners.
• Coordinate contractor start dates, assignments, schedules, transfers, extensions, and end dates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports for workforce management.
