Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Real Estate & Project Coordination professional to support planning and execution of development, renovation, and construction projects across the Americas. You will review drawings, coordinate with FM and IT, and ensure facility standards are embedded in project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, facilities, real estate development, or related field.
• Basic understanding of commercial building systems (MEP/HVAC) and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and project documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of real estate development, renovation, and construction projects.
• Review drawings and project documents to identify issues.
• Incorporate corporate facility standards and operational requirements into planning and design.
• Apply knowledge of building systems to support discussions and flag issues.
• Identify IT infrastructure needs and coordinate with IT at project stages.
• Assist in reviewing scope, costs, schedules, and progress.
• Participate in site walks, design reviews, and handover.
• Track technical issues and project documentation for smooth FM handover.
