Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a diligent contractor onboarding & support professional in Houston to oversee pre-mobilization tasks, coordinate with vendors for medicals and background checks, and manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle.

You will maintain records, ensure timely approvals, and communicate effectively with contractors and internal teams while staying updated on policy changes and legislation across regions.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience – Background in onboarding, compliance, or contractor support. Experience managing background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• Meticulous and organized, with a proven ability to manage sensitive information and meet deadlines.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment but can work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable navigating policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Passionate about delivering a high-quality experience to contractors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor onboarding & support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, compliantly, and on time.
• Track placement lifecycle progress using Bullhorn and internal systems with up-to-date records and timely approvals.
• Coordinate with external providers to arrange medical evaluations, background checks, and safety training sessions.
• Build strong rapport with contractors and provide ongoing support throughout assignments.
• Stay informed of process updates and client requirements and monitor country-specific legislation.
