Sales and Service Agent Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to current customers and new prospects.
• Process policy change requests and maintain knowledge of our products.
• Answer any questions our clients may have.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
• Cross-sell products to existing clients.
• Answer incoming phone calls and secure trailing documents from customers.
• Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Make outgoing calls to contact incoming leads and convert them to sales.
