Billd, a fast-growing fintech company with headquarters in Austin, TX, seeks an Account Manager to handle day-to-day deal flow from contractors. You will work with customers on material purchases and pay app advances, combining underwriting, customer service, and financial operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in underwriting or contract management roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; urgency in follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Process daily material financing and pay application advance requests; review statements and invoices.
• Provide regular updates to contractor customers, suppliers, and general contractors via email, phone, and text.
• Maintain accounts with up-to-date documents for contractors, projects, and purchases.
• Serve as a point of contact for questions about purchases, Billd product, and financing terms.
• Underwrite purchases and pay apps; set up accounts payable; coordinate with contractors and suppliers for smooth purchasing.
