The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence in Framingham every Tuesday and Wednesday, and flexible remote work on other days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years in consumer insights, market research, or data analytics.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into insights.
• Strong data storytelling and concise visual communication for leadership.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-visualization/dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead tracking studies and monthly/seasonal insights.
• Analyze Voice of Customer feedback for brand strengths and opportunities.
• Build clear dashboards to socialize feedback and trends.
• Craft executive-ready data stories and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with internal teams to align insights with priorities.
