Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Content Operations Specialist contractor to support a multi-year digital transformation, bridging marketing, analytics, and technology teams to drive tagging, data layer architecture, measurement, and reporting.

Based in Denver or Austin, this onsite role (4 days per week) offers a 12-month W2 hourly contract with benefits and potential extension. You will write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile/SAFe delivery.

Qualifications

• BRD 작성 및 기능 요구사항, 유저 스토리, 인수 criteria 작성 경험 필수
• Agile/SAFe 환경에서의 배포 지원 경험 필수
• 디지털 마케팅 플랫폼, CMS 또는 CX 생태계와의 작업 이력 필수

Responsibilities

• 비즈니스 목표, 측정 요구사항, 보고목표를 실행 가능한 유저 스토리로 도출
• 마케팅, 기술 및 분석 간 워크숍 주도 및 산출물 관리
• Agile/SAFe 팀의 백로그 정제, 스프린트 계획, 요구사항 확인, 결함 triage
• 태깅, 데이터 계층 및 측정 요구사항의 문서화 및 조정
