Elitsac, Inc. is seeking an in-store Inside Sales Representative to greet customers, assist with product selection, and build strong relationships with contractor and builder customers. You will provide excellent service and embody the company values while driving sales.

The role requires knowledge of lumber and building materials, proficiency with SPRUCE POS, and a focus on meeting sales targets in a team environment. Local benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience.
• Experience selling lumber and building materials or working in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell and secure new accounts for the company in lumber and related product lines.
• Assist customers in product selection to fulfill objectives.
• Learn and use SPRUCE, point of sale software, in creating customer quotes, orders and sales.
• Service existing accounts with necessary products, time and information.
• Meet with new and current customers to understand their needs and find solutions.
• Keep management up to date on existing orders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer accounts.
