Job summary

Cutera is recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator in Hayward, CA. The contractor role supports the operations team with data entry, order processing, inventory tasks, and general clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods and special projects.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with a focus on accuracy in shipments and inventory control, using SAP and Microsoft Office as primary tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in operations, warehouse, or manufacturing support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience using ERP software (SAP preferred).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
