Job summary

Curbell in Hayward, CA is seeking an Operations - Warehouse Assistant. This full-time role performs essential warehouse duties, including order fulfillment, inventory control in SAP, and operating equipment to produce or prepare parts for customer orders.

The position requires driving company vehicles for deliveries, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to read blueprints and work orders. A HS diploma and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task in an intense, fast-paced environment.
• May be required to travel on occasion.
• Must be eligible to access and review export-controlled materials in compliance with U.S. export control laws.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Fills orders in a timely manner by operating warehouse equipment and machinery including operating a fork lift, computing and optimizing yields, and cutting material to size.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks as needed, and uses SAP and other tools to receive and ship materials.
• Sets up and operates production machinery to fabricate and repair parts and products.
• Travel to customer locations or other job sites using the company vehicle to deliver shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain inventory levels in SAP by filling orders and organizing warehouse materials.
• Troubleshoot warehouse and production issues and participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
