Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced UX / Technical Content Writer to join our client’s Marketplace Learn team for MAT leave coverage in San Francisco. The assignment runs from September 7, 2026 through November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in technical writing, UX writing, or instructional content roles in tech/eCommerce/SaaS.
Experience using Airtable for content tracking or project management.
Strong ability to explain complex processes simply.

Responsibilities

Guide & FAQ Development: Write, edit, and maintain clear, long-form instructional guides and FAQ content for sellers.
Release Notes: Summarize product updates into clear notes for email and web docs.
Content Synthesis: Translate complex technical jargon into layperson terms.
Workflow Management: Use Airtable daily to manage content workflows and updates.
Continuous Improvement: Identify knowledge gaps and streamline existing documentation.
