Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of diagnostic phlebotomy experience.
• Ability to collect blood from patients of all ages.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must pass background check and THC screening.
• Color vision required.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood specimens from pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Register patients using the designated system.
• Process specimens and maintain logs.
• Maintain accurate patient manifests and logs.
• Float between PSC and IOP locations within a 10-15 mile radius.
• Complete the required two-week training period.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
