The position supports the Payroll & Benefits Manager with data analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting improvements in a fast-growing environment. Onsite schedule with strong potential for permanent employment and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in HR/Payroll.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills required.
• Experience with HRIS HR/payroll data and BI tools preferred.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and analyze payroll and benefits reports using HRIS, Excel, and Power BI.
• Review payroll data, identify trends, and provide leadership with insights.
• Audit data accuracy across payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Assist with dashboards, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Support reporting requests, audits, and ongoing data initiatives.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and research solutions independently.
