Qualifications

• Entry-level position with on-going learning in IT provisioning and configuration.
• Candidates may pursue certifications within first year of employment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow written work instructions to provision and configure IT devices for deployment.
• Do basic kitting of equipment per customer needs.
• Unbox, re-box and prep equipment for shipping.
• Clean, test, and inspect IT devices.
• Escalate issues to supervisor and participate in project meetings.
• Offer process improvement suggestions and assist with other duties as assigned.
