Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to support our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. You will perform comprehensive psychological assessments for diverse ages.

Work via telehealth or in-person, collaborate with licensed psychometrists and care teams, and deliver actionable feedback. Requires Doctorate in Psychology, a state license, PSYPACT preferred, and 3+ years of testing experience. This is a flexible, independent contractor role with a focus on evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessments experience.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders).
• Experience with telehealth and remote testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic tests.
• Provide diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, ensuring quality control.
• Deliver feedback through live sessions and feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments.
• Conduct intake interviews and feedback sessions in person or virtually.
