Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to provide comprehensive psychological evaluations across age groups. The role emphasizes neurodiversity assessment, clear diagnostic impressions, and evidence-based recommendations.

The position offers flexible on-site or remote testing arrangements within a supportive network of vetted psychometrists. Applicants should hold a PhD/PsyD in Psychology, be a licensed clinical psychologist, and have PSYPACT eligibility or authorization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments
• Familiar with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma)
• Expertise in psychological/psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC)
• Effective therapeutic communication skills
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
• Experience conducting testing virtually
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person in own office space
• Candidates must pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Work with patients of all ages and their families by providing psychological evaluations
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of test batteries
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and recommendations
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, oversee testing and quality control
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and feedback videos
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing for virtual delivery
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person as indicated
