Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to support the Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity. You will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for children, teens, and adults, using diverse test batteries and telehealth tools to inform diagnosis and care planning.

The role emphasizes independent work ethic, collaboration with psychometrists, and delivering clear feedback. Flexible scheduling and remote options accompany on-site testing in some cases.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments.
• Experience evaluating ASD/ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person.
• Pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments across age groups.
• Administer and interpret test batteries for cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to the individual’s needs.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to ensure quality control.
• Deliver compassionate feedback through live in-person testing and feedback videos.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments.
• Conduct intake interviews and testing sessions in person or remotely.
