Job summary

Lyra Health seeks contracted Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. You will diagnose, plan treatment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

The role involves both in-person and remote testing, with flexible scheduling and access to Lyra’s support network of psychometrists and care navigators.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessments experience.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate varied test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants for testing administration and data quality.
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing and feedback videos; adapt for telehealth as needed.
