Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter evaluating and hiring top-tier talent.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, delivering progress reports and hiring strategies.
• Experience recruiting in agency or startup environments for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering roles.
• Ability to work onsite/hybrid at the Costa Mesa, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, process automation, and candidate management.
• Own and drive hiring strategy end-to-end with clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews, influencing hiring manager preferences through strong interview-to-offer conversion.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Build talent maps to inform engagement strategies and market insights.
• Drive diverse talent into the organization and ensure a positive candidate experience at all touchpoints.
• Represent the company brand and recruiting team with professionalism and rigor.
