Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Experience with Juicebox and Ashby is highly preferred.
• Sourced across a range of technical roles in fast-paced companies.
• Metrics-driven, capable of building diverse, high-quality pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies.
