Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required).
• Experience with Juicebox and Ashby (highly preferred).
• Skilled in creative sourcing, market mapping, and engaging niche networks.
• Sourced across technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• Thrives in a metrics-driven environment, balancing speed with quality to deliver diverse pipelines.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by turning tough searches into great hires.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent for technical roles (primarily Engineering) using proven and creative methods.
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby; tap into talent communities and referrals.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
