Headway is hiring an experienced Staff Technical Recruiter to own our most complex product searches across Product Management, Product Design, and Product Analytics/Research. You’ll partner with the CPO, VPs of Product and Design, and their leadership to design hiring strategy, set the talent bar, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience hiring senior, director, and VP-level product talent.
• Ability to influence executives with data and market insight.
• Strong organizational and planning skills for structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end product searches from senior ICs to Director+ hires.
• Partner with the CPO, VPs of Product and Design to shape hiring strategy.
• Architect structured search plans to diagnose bottlenecks early.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for product talent.
• Use data to drive alignment and decisions across the process.
• Build market intelligence on product talent, compensation, and pools.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with executive-level care.
