Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting.
• 3+ years working with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, recruit, and manage candidates for logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing roles.
• Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct high-volume interviews and manage interview-to-offer ratios.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
• Build talent maps and market insights to inform engagement strategy.
• Promote diverse talent and ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Represent the brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
