Job summary

Tenaris is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition across multiple functions from sourcing through offer. You will recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles and manage candidate pipelines and ATS data.

You will conduct initial interviews, coordinate processes with hiring managers, and perform market research to inform recruiting strategies. This is an on-site role in the Galleria area in Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related business or engineering field.
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or staffing environments.
• Experience with headhunting, direct sourcing, and candidate engagement.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial talent.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
• Manage recruitment activities for assigned openings from sourcing through offer stage.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational positions.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate information within the ATS and recruitment databases.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to support recruiting strategies.
• Track recruitment metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
