Job summary

Responsibilities

• Partner with staffing agencies to coordinate talent verification and placement across shifts and five buildings.
• Support the External Temporary Worker Orientation process.
• Liaise between building leadership and staffing agencies for coaching and performance discussions.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and leaders to align staffing with operational needs.
• Coordinate the conclusion of assignments with staffing agencies.
• Maintain talent tracking records, including active/inactive statuses.
• Monitor turnover KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support ETW Conversion processes, including candidate tracking and coordination.
