Your Assignment at a Glance

• Partner with staffing agencies to coordinate talent verification and placement across both shifts and five buildings (TRD, GR, Final, WH, and Wheels).
• Support the External Temporary Worker (ETW) Orientation process.
• Serve as the liaison between building leadership and staffing agencies to coordinate coaching and performance discussions.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and building leaders to ensure staffing levels align with operational needs.
• Coordinate the conclusion of assignments with staffing agencies.
• Maintain accurate talent tracking records, including active and inactive assignment statuses.
• Monitor and manage turnover KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the ETW Conversion Process, including candidate identification, tracking, and coordination.
• Assignment Duration: Approximately six months.
