Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the United States for a 6-month contract focused on candidate sourcing. You will source, screen, and engage passive candidates, building pipelines for current and future roles across the organization.

You will collaborate with the TA team to determine position requirements, craft recruiting emails, and promote the employer brand through online networks. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities.
• Interact with potential candidates on social networks (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to determine position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Provide talent insights and feedback on market conditions.
• Maintain candidate databases in the ATS and talent community.
• Promote our talent and employer brand online and offline.
• Refer candidates from external networks.
