Talentful is seeking a senior technical recruiter to find and attract world-class talent for high-growth tech clients. You will deeply embed with a single client at a time, using advanced sourcing strategies and BOOLEASN logic to uncover top passive candidates while guiding stakeholders on the value of strategic talent practices.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technical recruitment, strong communication, and superb organizational skills; in-house experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment, including experience filling niche roles.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing skills, experience with Boolean
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
• You communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders

The cash compensation range we have provided has been benchmarked against similar organizations of comparable size, sector and age. Our offers of employment consider a variety of factors, including but not limited to, unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications and business/organizational needs. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range for a role, in part because it’s so important to us to allow all Talentful employees the opportunity to develop over time, and to feel rewarded for doing so. A reasonable estimate of the total yearly compensation range for an IC at Talentful $82,000- $135,700 USD.
