Job summary

Telligen is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to support a period of growth. This temporary role (about six months) focuses on attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across multiple business areas.

You will manage recruiting steps, partner with HR, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. You will coordinate background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding documentation, while promoting Telligen’s culture and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• 0–3 years in full-life cycle recruiting, preferably IT or health care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handles full-cycle recruiting: post jobs, review applications, coordinate communications, schedule interviews, and maintain ATS records.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and onboard logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding: background checks, verifications, pre-employment screenings, and new hire documentation.
• Promote Telligen’s culture and employment brand to candidates and community.
• Support large-scale hiring initiatives and recruiting events while staying current on trends.
