Job summary

VERSANT is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month assignment to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team at CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role supports end-to-end recruitment and drives key talent projects across the organization.

You will manage interview scheduling across time zones, maintain a high-touch candidate experience, coordinate travel, and keep the ATS accurate. A BA/BS and 1+ years in a coordinator role are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional work experience in a coordinator, project support, or administrative capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to manage data in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all candidate interview scheduling across time zones and multiple stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for candidates to ensure a high-touch experience.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and interview materials as needed.
• Update and maintain the ATS with precision and consistency.
• Escort candidates onsite and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Provide administrative support to the TA Leader and contribute to TA projects.
• Create internal/external PowerPoint presentations for talent updates and QBRs.
• Assist with vendor invoices and TA budget tracking.
