Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.
• Previous administrative, customer service, banking, insurance, finance, or related business experience preferred.
• Experience with financial statements and knowledge of financial review is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process contract surety bond requests (Bid, Performance, Payment, Maintenance).
• Review bond submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate collection of financial statements and underwriting documents.
• Prepare bond forms, riders, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Maintain contractor, agent, and bond records in company systems.
