KEITH is looking for a Contract Support Specialist to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture. We are a well-established multidisciplinary company that offers civil engineering, land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services. The firm was founded on the principle of achieving success by combining the latest technology with client-oriented business practices and a strong group of talented professionals.

What you'll do:

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including preparing correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and forms.
• Review financial documentation, including purchase orders and invoices, to ensure accuracy, perform internal checks and balances, and provide documentation for audit purposes.
• Follow up on special assignments, projects, and related tasks to ensure timely completion by established deadlines.
• Prepare documents and agendas for project meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to clients, partners, personnel, and research matters.
• Provide operational and administrative support to various teams and units as needed.
• Utilize project management information systems (PMIS) to track and manage project progress effectively.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project controls or a related role within Engineering, Construction, or a similar industry.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience with cost control and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
