The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development, infrastructure design, permitting, and client relations. This role requires technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion.
• Design and oversee site development plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.

Qualifications & Skills
