Job summary

Soliant in Laurens, SC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a contract role in a supportive school setting. The ideal candidate will provide direct and indirect therapy and collaborate with educators to support student success.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in South Carolina.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• School-based or pediatric experience desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs.
• Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring.
• Engage in staff training or consultation to support academic achievement.
• Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate students’ learning styles.
