Job summary

Lumanity is seeking a Contracts Specialist for a temporary engagement of about 4 months. The role supports the Legal Services department by handling day-to-day contracting tasks, including drafting and reviewing agreements, CDAs, and MSAs, and maintaining trackers and templates. Candidates must be East Coast based to accommodate time zones.

The position requires 1 year of contracting exposure and a background in professional services, with familiarity in life sciences or healthcare beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with contracting experience.
• Up to four years of experience without a degree with exposure to contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

• Understand contracting needs and ensure agreements align with MSAs and project requirements.
• Review and prepare agreements, including CDAs and MSAs, using established guidelines before coordinating review, amendments, and signatures.
• Support day-to-day administration of contracting process, including contract trackers and templates.
