Job summary

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim, Part-Time Contracts Counsel for an emerging life sciences organization.

As a skilled transactional attorney, you will review, negotiate and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, sponsor agreements, NTAs and vendor agreements, while advising business teams on risks in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years advising clients on commercial agreements in a life sciences environment or top law firm.
• Excellent academic credentials including a law degree from a respected national law school.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting high volumes of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements including CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, sponsor agreements, NTAs, and vendor agreements.
• Serve as a point of contact for the client’s business development teams and corporate teams as contractual questions arise.
• Conduct legal research as needed.
• Provide guidance regarding risks and liabilities arising in agreements.
