The role evaluates terms for financial and operational risk, coordinates revisions, and preserves contract records with minimal supervision. This position collaborates with sales, operations, accounting, and legal counsel, mentoring AR team members and traveling between Rio Grande Co.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in accounts receivable and/or credit processing.
• Minimum five years in commercial contract review.
• Solid knowledge of contract administration, accounts receivable, credit, and collections.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts, and related documents for accuracy.
• Evaluate terms involving pricing, payment, retainage, insurance, and warranties.
• Identify high‑risk terms and coordinate revisions within guidelines.
• Prepare contract redlines, approvals, signatures, and distribution.
• Maintain organized contract files, logs, and renewal dates.
• Track documentation such as certificates of insurance, lien waivers, and tax forms.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, accounting, and legal counsel.
• Support accounts receivable and credit activities and assist with collections.
