One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist I to support our Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. The Contract Specialist will provide acquisition and contracting support for various government contracts, assisting with contract actions throughout the acquisition lifecycle. This role collaborates with Federal employees, contractors, and divided teams across the organization.

This is a full-time, onsite position at 1215 S. Clark Street, Arlington, VA 22202.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree with at least 24 credit hours in business.
Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Recent Federal Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist experience required.
Advanced knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 8, 12, and 15.
FAC-C Level II or DAWIA Level II certification preferred.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to undergo and pass a Public Trust background investigation.

Mansioni

Conduct cradle-to-grave contract operations and reviews, including call order modifications and contract closeouts.
Input contracts, task orders, and purchase orders into the UFMS system.
Assist Government Contracting Officers with large and small purchase contract actions.
Review solicitation packages for completeness.
Advise program offices with required documents for solicitation packages.
Support contracting activities in accordance with FAR requirements.
Liaise with Federal employees, contractors, and divisions across the organization.
