Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support our Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. The role involves processing and tracking financial transactions for construction projects and rent, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate with analysts, review deliverables, and identify process improvements to enhance financial operations. A Bachelor’s degree, US citizenship, and ability to obtain a T2 Public Trust background clearance are required, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of one year of related experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a T2 Public Trust background clearance.
Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects.
Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports.
Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission.
Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations.
