US Federal Solutions, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking Acquisition Professionals to support the US Air Force.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years' experience in Federal Acquisition supporting the DoD
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 24 Business credits
- Active DOD Secret Security Clearance
- FAC-C or DAWIA Certification
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining administrative management tools, templates, training, and program governance and reporting, including preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, and reporting on initiatives.
- Ensure all administrative tasks comply with governance principles, statutes, policies, and regulations, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Support AFAMS and AFDW/PK in managing acquisition contracts, in accordance with laws, regulations, and instructions.
- Provide administrative support during the Requirements Planning Phase, documenting requirements for acquisition projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for effective project planning and execution.
- Develop, review, and manage documentation required for acquisition projects.
- Assist Quality Assurance and Program Managers with feedback and adapting to environmental changes.
- Advise management and personnel on improving processes and effective acquisition strategies.
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain accurate forecasts and requirements.
- Participate in planning meetings and requirements development.
- Manage and administer acquisition packages and documentation, utilizing organizational tools and templates.
- Produce and analyze acquisition reports and data, translating findings into actionable insights for dashboards and briefings.
- Maintain acquisition data accuracy using tools like MS SQL, Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
- Help establish and maintain business rules and process improvements for acquisitions.
- Assist in maintaining policies, procedures, and templates related to acquisition processes.
- Support VTC, MS Teams, SharePoint updates, and review organizational materials quarterly.
Work Schedule, Location, and Travel:
- Remote work with occasional access to secure government facilities.
- Standard hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Fully adjudicated DoD Secret or higher clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 24 Business credits from an accredited institution
- Minimum 4 years of DOD contracting experience
- FAC-C or DAWIA Level I certification, or equivalent (e.g., CFCM, APDP Level I)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active Secret clearance required at hire and throughout the contract
