Job Description

We are seeking a remote Operations Specialist to join a collaborative team supporting impactful projects. This is a full-time, project-based role offering 40 hours per week, working Central Time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The assignment runs from May 26, 2025, through May 22, 2026, with an hourly pay rate of $24 to $25. Duties
  • Collect, validate, and cleanse supplier data.
  • Standardize and govern supplier records based on established guidelines.
  • Perform manual data input, review, and maintenance of supplier adds and updates.
  • Match and deduplicate supplier records to ensure data accuracy.
Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive training in Supplier Data Management processes.
  • Support the heavy supplier clean-up effort involving approximately 4,000 supplier updates.
  • Assist with onboarding new suppliers and managing vendor changes post-Go-Live.
  • Follow structured workflows to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Mitigate project risks by providing additional support to an internal team facing resource constraints.
  • Ensure continuity and seamless vendor intake during and after system implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve supplier data issues.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of data accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed and structured processes independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
