VEG is seeking a Temporary Sourcing Manager to identify talent and build candidate pipelines through research, market mapping, and recruiting tech. Reporting to the Director of Talent Sourcing, you will partner with the sourcing team to reconnect with talent and support campaigns across priority markets.

This three‑month assignment focuses on hands‑on sourcing, accuracy, and thoughtful use of AI tools to improve efficiency, with ownership of research projects contributing to VEG’s recruiting

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting research.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research or data tasks.
• Strong research and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent and map veterinary markets for priority hiring needs.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate lists with location and contact info.
• Review candidate activity in ATS/CRM and identify re-engagement opportunities.
• Verify candidate information and keep recruiting data organized.
