Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles at high-growth tech companies or startups.
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape across backend/frontend/mobile/ML roles.
• Hands-on with sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and technical communities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leadership to define and run sourcing strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design roles across levels.
• Conduct intake conversations with hiring teams to translate needs into target profiles and timelines.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through multiple channels and write personalized outreach.
