Novals, Inc. / Byrd Family of Companies seeks a technology-oriented Business Systems & Software Training Specialist to support our operations during a software optimization initiative.

You will learn, configure, test, and train employees on CRM systems (PSA/Proven Jobs, LiveSwitch, Xactimate) and other business apps. The role focuses on bridging technology and operations to improve efficiency, communication, and job management.

Responsibilities

• Learn company software platforms and business workflows quickly.
• Configure and test software features under management direction.
• Identify workflow improvements and recommend process efficiencies.
• Assist with software implementation and adoption.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance testing.
• Troubleshoot basic software issues and coordinate with software vendors when needed.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and training documentation.
• Conduct one-on-one and small group software training sessions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and technical support to office and field personnel.
• Create quick-reference guides and videos for learning materials.
• Evaluate employee proficiency and identify additional training needs.
• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
• Document standardized business processes.
• Recommend best practices for software utilization and data integrity.
• Establish consistent procedures across departments.
• Maintain documentation of workflows and software procedures.
• Assist with report development and data analysis.
• Monitor software usage and adoption.
• Prepare progress updates for leadership.
