Qualifications

• Valid or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting desired.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs.
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment where students can achieve their fullest communicative potential.
